If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items can be returned for a size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Exchanges and/or returns are not permitted for products customized with embroidery.
Return Instructions
– Returned garments must show no signs of use and must have the intact guarantee seals.
– Before making a return, the Customer must send an email to resi@ilcamiciaionapoli.it within 14 days of receiving the goods; all necessary instructions will be sent as soon as possible.
– Return shipments must be made exclusively through our courier and following our instructions. Otherwise, the shipment may be refused.

Returns can be made at our boutiques.

The costs for all returns are borne by the buyer:

Return shipping costs plus any additional costs such as duties and VAT (where applicable)

For returns of more than two items, shipping costs vary.

RETURN SHIPMENTS for refunds requested for countries outside the European Union ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE. Any taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

For sales made outside European Union countries, size exchange is not possible; a return must be made and a new order placed.

The customer can choose between 2 types of compensation:

1) Size exchange: it is possible to exchange for a different size of the same item, if available. Size exchange is not permitted for products customized with embroidery.

2) Refund:
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received, checked, and accepted.
Refund amounts will be made using the same payment method used by the customer within 14 days of receiving the return.
